[help] Getting started

How to start your first research

Sign in with an email link, ask a clear question, pick what you want back and how deep to go, then find the result in My creations.

1. Ask your question

Go to divrite.ai and type your question in the box on the home page. You can look around, read Hot topics and try the box without an account.

Questions that give the best results read like a brief to a colleague. Say what you want to know, and add the scope that matters:

  • Where: a country, region or market.
  • When: a year, a period, or “as of today”.
  • What for: a decision, a comparison, a pitch, a class.

For example: “How are home battery incentives changing in Germany, Italy and Spain in 2026, and what does that mean for installers?” is much easier to research well than “home batteries Europe”.

2. Choose what you want back

The options under the box set the type of output:

  • An answer to your question, with sources.
  • PPT for a presentation, Document for a report, Web Page for an interactive page, or Image.
  • Agent to set up an assistant for a task you repeat.
  • Intel Subscription to get a report on a topic by email on a schedule. See How to set up a topic subscription.

3. Choose how deep to go

For answers, choose Visual or Deep. For presentations and documents, choose Deep research or Quick web search (or decide later). Deeper research takes longer and uses more credits. Visual mode vs Deep mode explains the difference.

4. Sign in when you generate

When you send your first question, Divrite asks you to sign in:

  1. Enter your email address.
  2. Open the email from Divrite and click the sign-in link. The link works once and expires after a short time.
  3. You’re signed in, and the question you typed is still there, ready to run.

There’s no password to create or remember. Each time you sign in on a new device, we email you a fresh link. If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or request a new link. Google sign-in is coming soon.

Generating needs an active plan. See pricing for the current plans.

5. Watch it work, then find it later

While Divrite works, you can follow along as it plans the research, searches and writes. When it’s done, everything you’ve made is in My creations in the sidebar, where you can open, export or share it.
