Create the deck
- On the home page, choose PPT from the options under the question box.
- Describe what the deck is about. Include the audience and the decision it supports if you can, for example “A 12-slide briefing for a board on how EU battery rules affect our cathode suppliers through 2027”.
- Set the number of pages and whether you want images.
- Choose a research depth: Deep research for a thorough pass, Quick web search for a faster one. See Visual mode vs Deep mode.
- Click Create.
Divrite researches the topic first, then writes the deck one slide at a time, so you can watch it come together. Slides are 16:9 (1920 × 1080).
Review it
Open the deck from My creations or straight from the generation page. For each slide you can see:
- Speaker notes for presenting it.
- Sources for the figures on the slide, each linking to the page it came from.
If a slide isn’t right, you can change just that slide. See How to change one slide or part of an image.
Export to PowerPoint
- Open the deck and click Export.
- Choose PowerPoint (.pptx).
- The file downloads when it’s ready. You can close the export dialog and keep working; the export continues in the background.
The PPTX is a native PowerPoint file, not a set of pictures: text stays in editable text boxes, so you can change wording, fonts and colors in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides. Each slide’s speaker notes and sources go into its notes.
You can also export the deck as a PDF for sending or printing.
Tips
- Check the figures on key slides against their sources before you present. Our guide to fact-checking numbers in AI reports has a checklist.
- Layouts can shift slightly when a file is opened in a different app, especially if a font isn’t available there. Check the deck in the app you’ll present from.
