You can cancel your plan at any time. You won’t be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
How to cancel
- Open the billing section of your account.
- Click Cancel subscription and confirm.
You’ll see the date your plan ends. We also send a confirmation email to the address you sign in with.
What happens next
- Until the end of the paid period, everything works as before, and you can keep using your remaining monthly credits.
- After it ends, you can no longer start new tasks, and your plan won’t renew.
- Your works stay in your account after the plan ends.
If you want to keep copies outside Divrite, download them before the plan ends. See How to make a presentation and export it as PPTX.
Changing plans instead
If the problem is price or usage rather than Divrite itself, you can switch to a different plan instead of cancelling. Compare plans on the pricing page.
Restarting later
To start again, sign in with the same email and choose a plan. Your account and works will be where you left them.
Refunds
Cancelling stops future charges but doesn’t by itself refund the current period. If you’d rather stop now, you can ask for a refund at any time: we refund your current payment in proportion to the credits you haven’t used. See our Refund Policy for how it’s calculated.
Cancelling vs deleting your account
Cancelling your plan keeps your account and your works. Deleting your account removes them. If that’s what you want, see How to delete your account.
