How to buy a top-up pack

Add extra credits when your monthly allowance runs low. Who can buy top-ups, how they are used, and how long they last.

Last updated

A top-up pack adds a fixed number of credits to your account in one purchase, without changing your plan. The current price and size are shown above.

Who can buy one

Top-up packs are available to anyone with an active subscription. They aren’t sold on their own, and they don’t replace a plan.

How to buy

You can buy a top-up pack in either of two ways:

  • When you run low. If a task needs more credits than you have, Divrite offers a top-up before the task starts.
  • At any time from the billing section of your account.

Payment is handled by our payment provider’s secure checkout. The credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment goes through.

How top-up credits are used

  • Monthly credits are always used first. Top-up credits are used only after your monthly allowance runs out.
  • Top-up credits don’t expire at the end of the month. They stay available while your subscription is active.

Top-up or upgrade?

If you regularly run out before the end of the month, a higher plan is usually better value than repeated top-ups, because higher plans include more credits per dollar. Compare plans on the pricing page.

Refunds

Top-up packs are refunded in proportion to the credits you haven’t used. See our Refund Policy for details.
