[02] how it works

From question to finished deck

  1. step 01

    Research

A deep research run gathers the material — official statistics, policy documents, company reports, whatever the topic needs — and keeps the source of each piece.

  2. step 02

    Outline

The research becomes a page-by-page outline, each slide with a headline that states its finding. Pick the density, adjust the outline or confirm it as is; slides are only generated once you confirm.

  3. step 03

    Slides, one by one

Each slide is laid out for its content. Key figures are checked against that slide’s sources, charts are verified before they’re placed, and a layout check catches overflowing or overlapping text.

  4. step 04

    Edit and export

Click any text to edit it, or describe a change and regenerate just that slide. Export a native .pptx that matches the preview, with speaker notes, or a PDF.

[03] how it’s made

What goes into every slide

The research is only half of it. This is how Divrite turns it into slides you can put in front of people.

Three densities
Reading, briefing or presenting: full detail for pre-reads, key points for a management briefing, big statements for the stage.
Figures checked
Each key figure on a slide must be found in the sources read for that slide, and the same number must match across the title, contents and body. A figure that can’t be found is removed or flagged.
Charts verified
Data becomes charts, and every chart is checked against its figures before it goes on the slide. A chart that fails the check is left out.
Images that fit
Charts for data, photos from the source pages for real-world subjects, AI-generated art for covers and concepts — or your own images. No decorative filler.
Finding headlines
Every slide title states a conclusion, not a topic. The talk track and the sources behind each slide go into the speaker notes.
Matching export
Native PPTX that opens in PowerPoint as previewed, with editable text — not slides flattened into pictures. Or export a PDF.

[05] faq

Frequently asked questions

Is the PowerPoint file really editable?
Yes. The export is a native .pptx file whose layout matches the preview. Slides aren’t flattened into images, so titles, body text and labels stay editable in PowerPoint. Charts are placed as images.
How do the decks compare with design-first AI slide tools?
The layouts are just as professional. The difference is what’s on the slides: Divrite researches the topic first, checks every key figure, verifies each chart and writes headlines that state the finding, so each deck carries far more substance.
What are the reading, briefing and presenting versions?
They set how much goes on each slide. Reading versions carry full detail for pre-reads, briefing versions give the key points for a management briefing, and presenting versions use big statements for the stage. You choose before generating.
How many slides can it make?
You set the length when you ask. Each Hot topics issue is a 15-slide deck. The maximum per deck depends on your plan — see pricing.
Can I change one slide without redoing the deck?
Yes. Click any text on a slide to edit it, or describe what you want — turn it into a table, highlight one number — and Divrite regenerates only that slide.
Where do the charts and numbers come from?
From the research run behind the deck. Every key figure must be found in the sources for its slide, and each chart is checked against its figures before it’s placed; anything that can’t be found is removed or flagged. Each slide’s speaker notes list its sources. See deep research.
Can I use my own images?
Yes. Replace any image with a photo from the source pages, an AI-generated image or one of your own.
How is an AI-generated PPT different from making slides myself?
Divrite generates each deck from a deep research run, so every figure and chart is backed by sources. Making slides yourself means gathering material first, then laying it out — Divrite does both in minutes. The exported PPTX is fully editable in PowerPoint.
What languages does the AI PPT generator support?
English, Chinese, Japanese and Spanish. The research step uses local-language sources — for example, analysing a Chinese market means searching official Chinese data.
